Even though I nominated the IoM and St Kitts merge...

I am voting for the Spanish Raid. Haron created a good plan and executed it well. There was a lot of planning and organization in this raid. Hats off to Haron and Pulpop.

The Spanish treasury raid was most certainly the biggest organized event in the history of Avonmora with close to 50 active participant (on the attack side), 1B gcs in cost and 1Bgcs in profit. (and an awesome Spanish council defense effort that never get enough attention).

But, whats described as the TK pop boost (which actually span way more ports then TK's) was bigger and more profitable operation in income terms (at its peak created an extra 140M gcs daily revenue) which makes it the bigger gc move in avonmora history but that wasnt the most impressive feature and maybe not even the second best. there where several planned attempts to boost ports to max pop before, all failed in a mere few days, making such an investment with every experienced player telling us it is bound to fail makes its success stand out and truly fit the boldest move of 2017 and the most impressive in my eyes is the fact that the only way admin found to make that huge amount of gcs pour to nations pockets was to change the rules and cut port income by half.

Thank you. And yet, I vote for the Tokelau population boost. Unfortunately, hardly anyone is able to appreciate the immense effort that went into that. It's not a very "visible" operation, with only a few elements available to see for each player.

In my mind this clearly stands out, although I have no hope that enough people will understand how great a move this was for this to have the slightest chance of winning...
