On September 22nd I will be hosting another competition. However this time, it has all to do with traders.

For 1 day only, who ever has the MOST PROFITABLE FLEET (as displayed on the demographics page), I will award them with $15 million shiny gold coins.

So on September 23rd I will be looking at Yesterday's Most Profitable Fleet:

Yes, yes, I know that you may think you need a Gold Smith to compete in this... This is not true. I am giving everyone ample time to get a stratagy in place and stock up on what ever you need to stock up on. :chest :chest

Traders Beware!! :pirateflag Also, by giving this notice I am sure some savvy pirates will be on the look out!

As always, HAVE FUN and GOOD LUCK!

:P :P :P

I can see where someone might think this! However, I plan on WINNING this thing. If I am in first then I won't have to payout Millions from my personal stash. Plus I dont think I could skrimish enough Gold Bars to cover my loss going to the 1st place winner.

I will give it a solid go. I think I have a chance. xD

Most profitable single fleet for 24 hours. Interesting. You don't need goldsmith for this one at all.

From memory, the record for a single fleet is around 24million : with foresight and buffs, a canny trader should be pushing that well over the 35mil mark. How? ... now now... some info is far too valuable to be just handing out.

While I was hoping this would be a Sailing/Trading competition... It has come to my attention that I over looked something...

I will not elaborate on who told me this or what it is, all I will say is, I will not be DOUBLING the winners total.

I will however, be awarding a $15 million prize to first place.

My hope is that this prize is still eye catching enough for people to compete and have fun, but not high enough for people to use other means of winning other then SAILING/TRADING.

I will Edit the original post to reflect this change.

that included tom snarching few thousand bars :D
the idea for trade competition is good, but with inflated profits that fleets show when loading stuff from warehouses, it may not be the best thing used as defining who will win
