Here are the rules: These 5 fine sailors will each take turns picking an ACTIVE member of the game who they think is one of the best and/or who they think would help them in a guild/team like setting the most. Any ACTIVE member is fair game. Once that player has been selected they may not be drafted again by one of the other captains. The roster size this time around is 10. Once all 5 have picked their top 9 sailors, they will then select a Powder Monkey Rookie Player who has only been in Avonmora 6 months or less. Once teams are complete, I will start a new thread with FINALIZED TEAMS. Here all of AVONMORA will VOTE on who they think selected the best team. I will let the voting occur over a 5 day period. The winner will be the one with the most votes. I will award that winner with $10,000,000 shiny gold coins from my own chest and distribute the other prizes as instructed.

This will be a SERPENTINE DRAFT. Meaning, 1 goes first through 5, but then 5 picks again and goes back to 1 then 1 picks again and goes back to 5. Savvy? (1,2,3,4,5,5,4,3,2,1,1,2,3,4,5,5,4,3,2,1...)

Thanks for letting me have first pick! My choice is an obvious one. This pirate has mastered all aspects of the game and has earned for himself the respect of many players, old and new. He is a successful banker, trader, and can hold his own in a battle. Don't poke the bear!!!

Also my first choice is one of the big. My pick is the Lord of punctuation marks, critical remarks, lateral thinking, krakens resting on the sea depths, and of course a master all the other stuffs about sailing in Avonmora.
