Billy Bob grew up and realized his name was kind of "Hick from the Sticks-ish" so he applied to change it. He wanted something that strike fear into the hearts of others. Chin Chin was born that day. All Hail Chin Chin, he would scream at people on the docks. They would just walk by. Some threw him a coin or two.
A wiseman once said... "He who stands on a toilet, is High on Pot". I loved that wiseman. So wise. He jumped from a tall building looking for answers. Nope. They never came.
