Egypt transitions the port of Goroum to USA

In a peaceful agreement to support a rising nation. Egypt decided to hand over the port of Goroum to USA.
The handoff was completed by the yesterday's server update.

Congratulations USA for your new port.
You will have my personal backing to secure it for the next few days.
