India does not want port control.

Two ports are in India's stewardship until tranquility is restored.
One port has found a young and aspiring nation to follow.

The last port is available. For securing diversity it will
be appointed to a nation that's not associated with large port
holdings nor large guilds.

When time comes, India will by own means reduce influence so a smooth transition may occur.

It will be reduced when tranquility is restored and a young and aspiring nation is found for both ports

A worthy opponent indeed but there may be a question about how
many credits were used on Charities.

Ports may be reclaimed but perhaps
the price will not be worth it?

Same can be said on the effort spent to take them away to give them away! In the end of the day, the only real benefit is to the citizens since the council spends way too much to keep the ports than we get from stipends

It does take a good amount to keep a port. Or 3 or 5 or 7....

Very true. Our stipend system gives to all though! So even citizens get a good fair share that help them build up.
