Has there ever been a voodoo suggestion or hell any type of major game play suggestion that has been made by a player and created?

Most things are approved by players maybe there weren't any HUGE implementation that went as players imagined it but most things were based on players requests.

Several. It will take some digging to find, but basically I suggested this many places. I'll see if I can get you some links, if you need them.
