New tavern game: Captain evaluation!

This is just a teaser. I will post the game itself tomorrow, with the explaination of how it works. I will give some info and explain some rules now, though:
1) This game involves voting. You send the votes to me, in game, in private messages. Do NOT post here in the forum!
2) NO posting about the game in the forum until the voting is over (I'll allow 48 hours for voting from I post the game itself). Such posting will ruin the game. Please respect this, even if you consider me your enemy in game. Don't spoil the fun for everyone by commenting on the game before the voting ends.
3) After the voting is over, I will announce that, and comments will be allowed. I will allow another 48 hours of commenting in the forum before announcing the winner.
4) The T'zak Ryn has a rule to make a profit from everything we do, but I still want to give a prize to the winner(s). So, every participant will pay a 1 credit entry fee. All the credits except ONE (my "administration fee") will be the prize given to the winner(s). If it's a tie between several players, they will share this amount equally, and any remainder goes to the game organizer (me).
5) Members of the T'zak Ryn are encouraged to submit their votes to me, but will NOT be part of the contest - if a T'zak Ryn member wins, the runner up will get the prize.
Oh, and if you wonder why the T'zak Ryn would arrange such a thing for the ridiculously low profit of only one credit, the answer is simple: We hope you will be too busy with this game to notice our scheming in Avonmora. Wait! No, that's not it. My script says: "We do this to further peace and understanding between the citizens of Avonmora!". Yes, that's it...
The game itself will be posted some time tomorrow. Stay tuned!
