But one can build one and get the attributes normally,

for the measly cost of 17 million.

which, instead of selling it so no onecan get at it ,

they could get 22 million for the ship of the line.

Why would I build a SOTL costing me 17 mill plus 145 turns and transport all the materials to get 110 credits when I could put the 17 mil with one of the banks and get upwards of 188 to 212 credits
