At around noon the next day the weather has cleared, and Patrick is sending some scouts to do some recon before launching the attack. They report that the worst of the storm hit the English fleet, sinking several ships and badly damaging many others. The French fleet were in harbors and are undamaged and it seems likely they will launch a large attack to take advantage of the situation, so it would be ideal to attack at night tonight. Ellen and Emily decide to spend the day doing some studying and preparations for the attack, while Brian goes with Adam to help prepare elsewhere.

Jack makes sure everything is ready, from the cutlasses to the scuppers.

Raven decided to arm his ship with some rockets, and had loaded more supplies

Depends also what he means exactly by rockets. For example I do think rocket like fireworks existed, but certainly not modern like rockets. But if he means firework rockets I think that would be fine, ima check when they were made though, but I remember them being in Mulan, and that was set way before 18th century.

looked it up. Rockets were indeed a thing during this time, mostly in the asia region, but it had spread to Europe well before the 18th century. in fact apparently the first iron clad rockets were made in late 18th century, so its fine for him to have rockets. He can even say they are a new experimental weapon he found in the lands of the east.

As the day nears the end another scout reports the French are attacking the British, so Admiral Patrick begins heading to the docks with the rest of the party. Though funny enough a sheep begins to follow Patrick. Patrick upon seeing it says to Jack as he points to it.

That there be the sheep I mistook for a woman. Mate do yourself a favor-never drink as much as I did that night. Or you wind up with a sheep for an admirer.

I recall that rockets were used in the Middle Ages, as siege weaponry, but they probably work against ships.

Raven looks at the sheep, then looks at Jack, then decides that he isn’t going to ask about it
