RP- Invasion of Colisquia

[Meliva]

The Spaniards begin moving their fleets out into positions near the port, while the locals continue fortifying homes and businesses. The local tavern is filled with many folks looking to get a drink before the battle to steel their nerves. Zephyra and Eloth both wait in the tavern, hiring any last minute volunteers and keeping an ear open for rumors.

Jsck and James's fleets sail out around around an hour later.

As the sun is high above the sky, a large fleet to the east can be seen in the distance, quickly approaching the port, the ships quickly begin to take battle formations and begin to slowly encircle the port. The Spanish fleet move into defensive positions, as shouts and alarms are sent around the port warning of battle. Many rush to safety, while some rush to fight. Eloth and Zephyra both quickly move towards their ship, many of their crew right behind them as Eloth shouts orders on his way their.

Be prepared everyone, going to be a bloody battle. Those who can't fight get to a hideout, those who can get your arses to a ship and head out. You all don't wanna know what's gonna happen to us if we lose, so get moving.

[Jack Teach]

Onboard the Jack's ships as they get into position the drum beats to quarters and the men run to their places, priming loading, and running out the guns. Jack puts on a cocked hat with a scarlet feather and looks to a Clark standing by him.

Engaged enemy fleet at 5 bells.

On the flagstaff of each ship Jack's banner is raised, jack smiles. James aboard his flagship, smokes his pipe surveying a sailor polishing a quarterdeck brass gun.

Stop polishing that damn thing it'll probably get knocked away anyway.

As the Colisquian fleet approaches roughly half stop moving, and a fair bit of confusion follows, as the Spanish fleet quickly capitalizes on the advantage and press forward for an attack, quickly engaging the fleet, exchanging shots, as the enemy quickly begin trying to regain control of their fleet, to the west the Dag fleet quickly arrive, sending large bulky ships rushing forward, straight toward the port, inside the port quite a few men begin attacking the local guards, being Colisquian spies and infiltrators, they quickly begin seizing the fort, Eloth rushing towards it with some men to try to stop them, shouting all the while

Damn it, we can't lose the fort, otherwise our fleets are gonna get raked. To arms men, quickly.

[Jack Teach]

Jack's fleet moves to attack the colisquians, broadsides thundering out, jack laughing in delight at the clouding smoke A couple of James's ten ships begin to sail over to the dag troop carriers, flying over as fast as they can.

The Colisquians finally manage to regain control over their entire fleet, and begin firing massive volleys back towards the defenders, causing quite a bit of damage, meanwhile the dag ships sail full speed, the heavy bulky hulls of their ships withstanding the cannon fire they receive, as they quickly ram their ships into the harbor of the port, and quickly begin pouring out of their ships, armed with blades, guns and torches as their commander shouts

Kill them all, and burn the port to the ground.

They rush forward, tossing torches into buildings, and cutting down everyone they see, Eloth in the fort manages to slay the last of the Colisquian spies as he sees the dag horde pouring into port and begins shouting

To arms again men, we gotta push them back.

[Jack Teach]

A splinter comes flying past and slashes open Jack's cheek. He grabs his face and spits a bit of blood, cursing loudly. His ships continue firing heavy shot into the enemy ships, sending splinters in all directions and covering the decks with blood. Jack watches as a 32 pound ball flys across the quarterdeck of the ship opposite him, sending men flying in all directions. Jack closes his spyglass and nods, satisfied.

More dag ships continue sailing forward and plowing into the land, sending more troops into the port, while the Colisquian fleet continues battling the defenders, helping to shield the dag troop carriers as their armies quickly begin destroying the port. The streets are slowly filling with corpses as the Dag cut down all they see, as the few guards do their best to fight back, but are quickly getting overwhelmed. More and more buildings get torched as they progress forward, Eloth and his men are quickly rushing forward, as Eloth raises his sword and shouts

Everyone, attack back full force.

One of the captains of the guards upon seeing how the battle is going shouts as he turns around

Everyone retreat to the fort.

Eloth turns and shouts back as he sees the men begin to run

What? No! Attack damnit this port will be wiped if we hide in the fort. Come back and fight you damn cowards.

The men ignore him as they run, and Eloth turns to see dozens of Dag rushing forward and he curses under his breath as they quickly swarm him

I swear on my mother i am going to kill each and every man in that fort if i come out of this alive.

Eloth raises his sword roars in anger and rushes forward to the wave of men. The spanish fleet sees the state of the port and quickly send a message to Jack

Go help the port please, our forces can hold them off at sea, but we don't have the men to guard the port.

[Jack Teach]

Jack scowls.

Damn!

Jack gives the signal. His ships sail off, firing as they go. In 40 minutes they anchor near the shore, far away from danger, and jack and his men in rowboats go ashore.
