I have all 5 captains confirmed for this next Draft!

Hailing from regions unknown to avonmornas, this player has risen in the ranks quickly during his time here. He is currently the ruler of Spain, I give you KANGAROO!!

A player who really needs no introduction. He has been sailing these waters longer then most. Former ruler of Spain and one of the largest traders in the game... LODSWE!!

Another fairly new sailor who has risen to the top. When you look at him you can only see wisdom in his eyes. The King of Kiribati... THALIUS HAYLE!!

I can neither confirm nor deny how the next captain got into a captain seat. Rumor has it several bribes were placed with key influencers. A manipulator or markets and men.... PULPOP!!

Last, of course, that crazy merchant SHADOWOOD!!

That is an interesting combination of captains. Pulpop and Shadowood especially shine in light of recent history.
Lodswe is rather quiet but still quite the icon.
Thalius and Kangroo, I consider them quite new compared to the previous 3 but they have made a name for themselves.

Very odd combination. I guess the theme of this draft is no theme as there is nothing really that brings those 5 together or can be said that they would have in common! Well, I look forward to see who chooses whom.

This will be fun to see one of these live. People have referred to the draft and I've seen achievements, but never really knew what it was. Finally searched the forums and read the threads for the other drafts.

Shadowood always does an excellent job hosting the draft. Many players sponsor the event through very generous donations and the captains often give entertaining reads on their individual picks and teams. This has definitely become a highlight and anticipated event throughout the year.
