US acts as a result of a chemical weapon attack where the country stated they relinquished all chemical agents over. Outrage over US attacking.

US doesn't act as a result of a chemical weapon attack where the country stated they relinquished all chemical agents over. Outrage over US doing nothing.

Unfortunately that is what we get for taking the role of big brother, world police and super power!

The USA isn't the world's police force. That is a misconception, propagated by idiots and politicians (I repeat myself), of proper foreign policy. US foreign policy should always be to the benefit of the USA and protection of it's sovereignty and citizens (Holy shit! That's the purpose of the federal government as defined by the Constitution). That includes anything that protects it's Allies and American interests abroad. Any actions that do not necessitate this are poor and likely are done for political reasons.

Now, on to the strike against Syria. The removal of all Chemical Weapons from Syria was sponsored and led under the Zero Administration, the full conditions of the agreement are not public. One can speculate all day and night about what they include or don't include, but what I find truely amazing is that chemical weapons were not used during the entire time Barry was President, a time, for the most part, when Assad and the Syrian government were not doing well in the civil war. This gas attack was done to draw the US and likely Trump into making a semi-paradoxical decision. Does the US show strength and resolve by swiftly striking back at such a horrific crime, which will result in outrage. OR Does the US show prudence and wait for the UN to issue a resolution condemning the act but actually does absolutely nothing , which will also bring outrage and show as weakness on a significant crime on humanity.

Best part is that Russia was notified of the cruise missile strike 1 hour before it occurred and did nothing, but move their guys out of the way.

It can be argued that any country including USA possessing nuclear, chemical or biological weapon is not in the best interest of anyone. Yet, only certain countries hold those weapon and cry whenever another country hold any kind of similar weapon.
That is by definition dictatorship applied on a global scale where those countries are posing as sovereign lords and oppressing other nations.

There is a nation in the Middle East which regularly contravenes the Geneva Convention by using chemical agents upon civilians under its control : the civilians are not its citizens and thus the use of the weapons is a direct contravention of the Conventions limitations of such use. To use such weapons directly against armed forces is classed as a war crime : to use them on another states civilians is a war crime : to use them on your own citizens is not but civilians under occupation are not classed as your own citizens. So, when can we expect to see cruise missile strikes on Israeli stocks of such weapons? Ah, might be a while...

All of this talk is really pointless, the chemical agents used were known to be in existence when we told Iraq to get rid of the weapons or we'd go in. The convoy to Syria brought them and these are what were used: fool my once, shame on you, fool me twice, get missiled by USA.
PM me any complaints (10M gold coin wire fee is mandatory).
