As the group leaves the tower the golems simply stand by and watch them leave. once they reach the bridge they can see on the other side is a very large group of giant lizards, waiting for the group to cross so they may try to devour them. Brian takes his cutlass and rapier, and takes a deep breath. He turns to the others.

You all ready?

The lizards rush forward, though Brian notices some charge across the bridge while others ford the rivers. He laughs as he takes his electric cutlass and plunges it into the water, frying several lizards. he uses his rapier to fend off any who come to attack him on land.

Raven walks foward, poleaxes in hand, and slams any lizard that attempts to cross into the water, yet most die when they are hit by the poleaxe

Jack's men fire a couple volleys, killing a couple of the lizards, jack slices them with the sword. It seems to cleave far easily, yet it felt no different in his hands. The ground begins to become to be covered in blood, as Jack's men are injured, and as the lizards fall from heavy caliber musket wounds

Several men in the back cry out as they die, some of the lizards had managed to flank around the river and attack the rear, Though several golems along with Emily and Ellen show up and get a surprise attack on the lizards. Brian continues trying to kill any lizard that tries to cross the river.

The lizards what few remain retreat. Brian cleans his weapons, and Emily and Ellen cross the bridge with the golems. Ellen shouts.

Alright, now we just need to get past the spiders and we can leave this island.

Ellen and Emily start marching with the golems ahead of them, keeping an eye out for any more lizards as they head towards the stairway.
