Jack stares with his mouth open.

I'll most likely have to replace those eventually, thanks anyway. Why don't you come aboard the dismas with me, that way we can talk about the situation.

they go aboard the dismas, and then they set sail.

Emily quickly nods as she tells Jack.

Oh yeah you DEFINATELY want to replace those soon. That silk is very sticky so it will eventually get covered with all sorts of insects and birds and people if they ain't careful. When we reach port I can take them down. The plus side is if we are lucky they might catch some birds to eat.

Emily relaxes on the Dismas as she sits next to her golem. She reads a few books as she waits for Jack to speak to her.

A deafening boom rips through the air, as lightning crackles through the sky and strikes the seas feet from the ship. The sky darkens, as droplets of rain slowly begin to fall. As the droplets fall, they start to morph from clear water to blood red. A dark red cloud starts to envelop the island.

Emily quickly looks at the liquid. She starts scratching her head thinking. She looks through her books and finds nothing.

What on earth is that? Ugh, I seriously hope this won't ruin my island and tower any more. On the plus side I brought my valuables so it won't be a total loss. Hope Timo doesn't die though, I liked him.

Jack turns to emily, bewildered again at the droplets of blood red.

FULL CANVAS! ALL SHIPS, FULL CANVAS.

the bosun's pipe sounds, signals are raised, and the ships begin to sail with haste, the ships that have royals, have set them. Jack curses.

Do we know how many ships he's got, and what the devil is this bloody downpour?!

The sailors begin to pray out loud

A lookout on Jack's ship notices a man wearing only a set of pants on the shoreline, as the rain intensifies. He looks to be performing a ritualistic dance. His face and chest are dripping with blood. Blood that appears to be coming from his eyes.

As Jack looks on, the man suddenly strikes the ground with his fist. The ground around the man begins to roll as if an earthquake were occurring. The trees and earth shake violently. A wave begins to form from the strike point moving quickly out and growing exponentially larger the further out it moves.

Emily quickly grabs her ritual knife, and starts slicing herself, and chanting as fast as she can letting her blood drip into the water. The waters begin pushing back against the monster wave, trying to force it back to the man. Emily keeps chanting-she wishes she saw this coming, this man has had a large head start on his ritual-she doubts she can push it back, but she can at least try to minimize it as best she can.

It misses Jack's ships. Jack looks on in fascination.

Run up a signal.

The dismas runs up a signal flag, asking what the man is doing
