Why is this even a rule.

Why be fickle? This isn't some voting chess match. Pick the team you like a roll with it.

Also it is a rule because people clearly changed there vote last round once it was announced that there was an opportunity for financial gain. This round, if you want that, you better have it coordinated prior to casting. There shouldn't be yoyo totals it should either stay stagnant or go up, not decline.
