[Meliva]

Brian and Carl both watch Jack's back, as they help with the killing of the cultists. The enemy are quick to exchange blows, doing their best to try to kill them. Meanwhile, Mel and Linda continue their duel, as the two continue blasting at eachother. A few demons try to surround Jack, as they swing at him. As Linda starts to see she is losing her duel with Mel, she changes stratgy, and quickly flees down a side passage, allowing Mel to help begin blasting at the cultists.

[Jack Teach]

Jack hacks and slashes at the demons, covering himself in putrid blood, trying to get them away or dispatch them. Jack's men fight like demons: One man, with a cut throat, manages to bludgeon a cultist to death with his pistol to death before collapsing in a pool.

[Dmanwuzhere]

the blood of the cultists and dead men mix in the pool... creating sparks... then the liquid begins to meld and form a mold that solidifies in the form of a beast... it shatters revealing satan himself staring at jack as the air is filled with shrieks and a million bloodthirsty vampire bats fill the corridors from seemingly nowhere... thousands giving chase to meliva

[Meliva]

Meliva looks at this and sighs

Oh that's not good.

She quickly begins blasting them with fire, though they quickly overwhelm her, and bite the crap outta her. She leads them into a corner where she takes out a small explosive and ignites it, taking them out along with herself. Brian and Carl stare at the visage of Satan, before Carl steps forward

Oy mate, I'll beat the crap outta you, satan or not.

He charges bravely forward, decking satan in the face, before satan backhands him sending him flying into the wall with a sickening crunch. He mumbles from the floor

you hit like me grandma. Who hits very hard mind you.

Brian looks to Jack

Should we flee for now, or fight? I got your back either way mate.

[Jack Teach]

Jack blinks for a moment.

I have an idea.

Jack reaches into his pocket and pulls out a large, luminescent blue sphere. He mutters some words and drops it. A small man in his early thirties, wearing a white monastic cowl with snow white hair appears. He looks at Jack

I hope you didn't bring me from my contemplation just because you "wanted to talk" or because you "dropped it."

Jack shakes his head

No sir, ummm..

the monk looks at the prince of darkness standing in the corner

Ah. Well. That certainly is a problem, for you at least. For me it's just another Wednesday.

The priest takes out a book, holds out his hand and says two prayers, one in latin and one in Greek. He also blabbers out a spell in what sounds like english but is two quick to be heard properly. A brilliant plume of blue fire appears over the tyrant, leaving only a few specs of dust which the monk kicks with his foot.

There. Now remember Jack, don't contact me again unless something of that level comes up. God be with you, and I better not catch you messing around with that book again.

The monk snaps his fingers and disappears

[Meliva]

Brian goes to check on Carl and helps him up. He's got some broken bones but is fine. Mel slowly get's up, as her flesh slowly stitches itself back together. Carl goes up to Jack and gives him a pat on the back

Good job mate. Mind you, once I caught my 2nd wind, I'd have been back in the fray to really thrash that SOB. But that works too. Anyway that just leaves Linda. Let's patch ourselves up first though.

[Jack Teach]

Jack nods

Thanks mate. And yes, let's rest. I'm very tired.

Jack slumps down on the floor, takes out a rag from his pocket and begins to wipe the blood away from his face and beard.

[Meliva]

Mel hobbles over, while Carl coughs up a little blood before drinking a potion. Brian meanwhile elbows his ribs and laughs a little

Shame when you brag about decking the devil in the jaw, no one will believe you. But I'll buy you a drink later to congratulate you.

Once rested, the group moves into the final chamber-a trophy room containing grisly remains, skeletons, gold, and other prizes claimed from victims. Linda stands at the ready dagger in hand and a parchment of paper in the other. She nods to them before speaking

So, shall we parley, or just get to killing eachother.

[Jack Teach]

Jack steps forward

Parely first. This probably won't go over well, but what exactly would I have to give you for you to stop founding death cults?

[Meliva]

Linda laughs

Cults are just a means to an end. I use the gullible idiots to amass power. Give me the egg of creation however, and I'll have more than enough power I won't need a cult anymore.

Mel whispers

Yeah that's a terrible idea. Imagine if she made an army of demons. Frankly after what she's done she deserves death.

Brian just nods

Aye, she's killed a lot of innocents. Even if she agreed to give up her evil ways for free, I still think she should be locked up at least, if not killed for her crimes.
