That is decent approach for draft but I am not talking about draft. I am talking about overall gameplay draft is just another link in integration newer players with other players outside their guild. I doubt that you go and interview new players. If by any chance new player appear as a target of mercs buissness will you interview him or you will ask aroubd about him and check his stats to get familiar with your target.

We dont interview targets but we do interview recruites

Exactly you interview chosen people weather they are in consideration for guild or draft. While for unknown targets you would ask people or check stats to determine price for the job. No matter how you put it you take a look at stats at one point so premise of stats not being worth or having no influence is false.

I know targets. Nothing stays unknown to me for long. Unknown is somewhat irrelevant to me. Stats are only used to make finding the player easier

Its been a long day and its still goin so cut me a slice of break :D :D

So you DO look in stats intetessting since you and coupel others argue with me how stats are not important yet you use them as source of info

No i use it like a phone book to find possible suspects. Still a source of info techinically but not to determine their skill or how much they deserve the vote really.

It's better not to go in info department as we know who is superior in it.... but still you are using stats as some source of ibfo which makes them usefull and it automaticlly mean that your premise of it being nothing important is dissmised

Your superior info could be a problem to your own well being if you catch my drift mate. Besides that anyways, we all are humans and require info in different forms. How else would we find people? :D im saying that stats are not the sole reason they are on the draft. They are there based on their skill

And through what was determined are they skillfull or not to be in consideration?

And as far as your drift goes well I've been trough worse and still survived so if it is my demise it is my own demise which will pass and I will rise again
