Most of the team members are well known by anyone who has read player guides, the forums or paid attention as they've played PG. I know I've attacked or been attacked on the plunder board by many of them, been lit up with voodoo by a couple of them, gotten help, advice or expensive lessons
:respect from quite a few of them. But I suspect most of you don't know us rookies very well (I was unfamiliar with a couple of them). So here's what I found by checking biographies and achievements, in the order that we joined the game (only the highest title attained is listed here):

Anne_Bonny #75947
1856 Joined; Fame 659,316; Influence 41,982; 1999 Colonel rank (143 days)

Jack Roberts #76156
1866 Joined; Fame 185,777; Influence 189,078; 1935 Admiral (69 days); 2000 admiral again (134 days)
Achievements: 1938 Built Hideout (72 days); 2010 1,000 battles (144 days)

Bomont #76367
1878 Joined; Fame 1,115,504; Influence 709,411; 1974 Duke (96 days)
Achievements: 1960 Built hideout (82 days); 1989 1,000 battles (111 days)

El Draque #76,506
1887 Joined; Fame 9,209,663; Influence 8,436,074; 1969 Duke (82 days)
Achievements: 1912 Built Hideout (25 days); 2008 Fame milestone 9,918,218 (121 days)

Witte de With #77178
1948 Joined; Fame 482,837; Influence 142,150; 2015 Baron (67 days)

That information may or may not mean much to you, depending on your viewpoint. There are also many other stats that aren't available through the biographies, such as number of ships plundered, number of ships or fleets owned, etc. Certainly different play styles will produce different results.

Congratulations to all of my fellow rookies for being drafted.

Nicely done

Stats mean nothing if you are me. ;) its skill that counts and not the fame ;) anne has that by a long shot from training from me and edward (Vane.) since we have both Pulpop, the legendary merc leader, Edward, a once damn feared pirate of seas now under royal colors as a privateer, and phoenix, legendary leader and founder of the SSAA, we would definitely say that numbers dont count when it comes to be a hunter or the hunted ;)

If that were so, pirate tales and props would auto make you a worse player than the rest of the rookies ;)

This entire comment was unnecessary. Bomont did great job finding and posting this as a introduction of himself and his fellow rookies.

He did do a great job. Never diminished that just was pointing out that the stats are not a good reason to be a rookie pick. His advancement was. Stats shouldnt have a play in it in my opinion ;)

I disagree because stats are exactly what shows rookies that do great job. For example some older players don't know whom these rookie players are neither these rookies know some older players and stats are exactly that first step to knowing each other without making me,me,me posts

Some of the rookie achievements are driven by how much support and guidance they received. It is a given though that they being receptive to such guidance is the key to their achievements.

True but in that case only people whom worked with them know about it. I can't use myself in this example because I watch happenings and development of new players more than one could assume. But what some random new guy mean to someone who had no interaction with them and has no intresst in training. Nothing it would be just some random guy who recently joined and with these stats that bomont brought up and other things that he maybe overlooked are great way of getting to know new players and statistics are huge help in it.

We had an interview with about 10 rookies to know what drives them and what they are looking to achieve in the game. I think we had a pretty good idea what is Bomont and Anne are made out of and it was a close call. Stats by the way had nothing to do with our decision

That is decent approach for draft but I am not talking about draft. I am talking about overall gameplay draft is just another link in integration newer players with other players outside their guild. I doubt that you go and interview new players. If by any chance new player appear as a target of mercs buissness will you interview him or you will ask aroubd about him and check his stats to get familiar with your target.
