Have y'all been watching the Waukesha Parade trial? The one where the guy ran everyone down with an SUV. 6 dead and 62 injured? And he is acting as his attorney, right? Everyone says that he is doing that to try and get a conviction of having a mental illness and no one is buying it. He should have gotten an evaluation for that. Is he trying to get a mistrial because he acts like the judge is misusing the Justice System towards him. How is he even allowed to continue with all his outbursts?

lol i havent watched any of it but if i remember correctly his social media accounts were pretty pointed and racist
kinda hard to beat past posts when dealing with a hate crime

I've seen a little because it's very hard to watch. He shows no remorse and interrupts the judge. A lot of outbursts and removed his shirt in court. It is just so fake what he does. The judge is being careful to avoid a mistrial. How would he even know if it was?? He would be found guilty and then declare it a mistrial because he didn't get away with killing people.

i read day thirteens transcripts and watched his closing statement
if by some miracle he did get off on a technicality...
if that were my 5 yr old or one of my grand parents he ran over .... i would gladly take the death penalty and unalive him

His mom seems to be lying for him. Says she knows that “there was something wrong with him” since he was six and had been in therapy for years. Then she blames the lack of mental health care available to him. And says that he is in and out of jail and blames everyone else for not getting him help. Um, it's her responsibility, she's his mom and CAN AFFORD to send him to a therapist. A therapist would recommend that he needs to be evaluated. So what mental illness does he have? Can't just say he is. Why isn't this therapist a witness in this shitshow then?
