A plague, and a group of crazy cult members who want to spread it to other ports. There is a blockade there keeping it in. But eventually it will escape and spread if something isn't done soon. If you agree to help over there, you will be able to get past the blockade with no trouble-I can make sure of that.

Once there head to the inn and look for a bartender named Oggie-he can help you.

Jack runs into the tavern and tells his men that's time to get their asses out of this place. They get on the dismas and sail towards Regis.
