Thanks mate. May I purchase you something?

The door opens and the pirate wench enters the smoke filled tavern. The noise of revelry makes her squint for a moment as she eyes the rowdy crowd.
Over at the bar she sees the young Teach and is that .. Avery? She wonders if they may be interested in earning a quid or two.

She heads to the bar and nods at Burt. He smiles and adds a knowing nod.

Argo looks at the lads chatting excitedly and animatedly ..

"Oi you two beggars ... interested in earning yeselves some shiny coin?"

At the same time she notices the sea hag and lets out a wee guffaw. Picking up her tankard she saunters over to her.
"Evening. May I take a seat with ye?"

[Meliva]

Meliva nods and gestures to the nearby seat.

By all means Argo take a seat. I'm just sitting here drinking and waiting.

[Jack Teach]

Jack saunters over, puffing out large puffs of smoke as he walks over.

What's this about coin?

[Argo]

Argo turns to Mel and giggles ..' Thank you... hehe .. Waiting for what?" As she smiles she looks up at young Jack ..

"Ye want to earn a quid? There's talk of a golden ship far to the West .. a treacherous journey if ever there be ... but a prize like no other -

From pirates way more experienced and evil than thee and all kinds of mythical creatures you would have to survive.. but could ye get yerself on board as crew, sail the toughest and roughest of seas ....follow instruction to deliver this prize.. without failure or mishap .. and you would be most handsomely rewarded in kind.. What do you know of this legend?"
She gently nudges the hag with her elbow as she neer takes eye off Jack..
'get that ship here and the pirates will leave the Islands be .."

Just waiting for some friends to show up. Gonna be a while though.

She thinks for a few moments

Heard about this golden ship. It's an old legend. Think it was Enrika who made it. Or was it Solberg? I know someone with some strong magic made it, cause gold don't float without a lot of magic in it. If you want some help finding it, I can spare some time.

I've heard of it. It's supposed to be be powerful, and fast.

He puffs on his pipe for a second and then says

Why would I have to join a crew? I've got a ship of me own.

Argo looks wide-eyed at Melive and it is clear she is having trouble hiding her laughter ...

'Oh Jack.. you will need far more than your ship if you were to do it on your own .. This is not a job one can simply 'do ' Meliva is right .. there is much to this ship that cannot be known ... until you are aboard .. '

She looks over Jacks shoulder to an old old man tucked away in the corner. His eyes are haunted and he seems to suffer from some mental affliction ..
Eyes not unlike her friend WilliamOneEYE.. She nods to his direction .. " There.. over there.. See that poor soul .. God bless him - looks 127 years gone.. but he be 31 only - That be the result of one fateful night aboard that golden ship ... and he was a mighty sailor one time ... Mel can tell you more of the history .. I just know it shines and begs for pilfering .. winner takes the spoils and all that .. a most prestigious prize ... "

Jack knocks the embers out of his pipe.

Argo looks at him in earnest..

Jack.. it is no joy ride be warned. First ye have to find it .. it is somewhere on the seas far beyond out back of St Martins .. It is not easy to see on a day of sunshine as it merges with the brightness and becomes invisible ... to most .. unless you have the orb of sight .. which.. is somewhere in a cave at Tzogos, high on a hill behind an old neglected abbey surrounded by the graves of pirates who have passed beyond .. all have one thing in common .. they were crew on this legendary ship ... and all suffered some gruesome and horrifying demise ... A mighty dragon guards the entrance to the cave.
Few have survived the dragon ... also golden .. and enormous I believe.. wings that span between mountains .. and giant pearls for toenails encrusted with diamonds and emeralds .. bizarre I know .. but so be it .. Slaying that dragon will nay be easy .. then ofc you have to get the orb.. and then you can make your way to begin to seek out the ship ... do not go without the orb ...

You will need protection .. perhaps you have serendipititously stumbled across Meliva also who may have something to help protect you .. no guarantees .. the best of magic workers have tried before ( no offense Mel) and while there has been help for sure.. the hundreds and hundreds of tombstones tell a different story ..
