Sorry you guys have so much issue with this.
I suggested a special edition so we could cover all the contributions which are really appreciated and a great read. It didn't happen.
I would have preferred things to be different too. Jose's job is to attract interest into the game from outside. I have suggested internal news so that the promos for Reddit are kept separate and pg has its own truth in print. At this point that didn't happen either.
It has been my interest to fill this gap. Unsuccessfully it would seem.
I did my best to get all round coverage of the war. Bermuda were the only ones willing to offer anything at all in regards to this. Only Pro took the time to contribute from the USA and I feel it would have been relevant and reasonable to include his work..
It didn't 'fit' with what was needed for Reddit and this is the imbalance I have trying to address since helping out so that the players here at PG have their version too.
I wrote to many in the USA but didn't even receive a response...except for Pro...so PR team cannot be blamed 100% for lack of balanced content.
I have no idea why the USA didn't want to share anything about the war. Seems weird to me...And not very sportsmanlike. It's just a game after all...it's not real you know! And personal issues should not play a role in what we seek to offer the punters to read for a little fun and entertainment. I understand for some this has been an issue.
I have no control over the final output.
There were others I spent time with over the last few months, encouraging them to write whatever they wanted. As I have told each and everyone of you, I am genuinely interested in your journey here and will continue to try and have you share them.
I am disappointed for you that you don't get to see your efforts in print so I apologise it didn't happen for you this time.
The accounts that are published are untouched for content as much as I had control and these accounts are personal perspective and not necessarily the views of anyone else at all. I asked for personal perspective bc there was a war going on and didn't think sharing details and strategies etc was a great idea.
I hope PGPR can do better next time and with the help of willing contributors from all over Avonmora, perhaps something can be produced that may delight and might even inspire in future.
This is not a post to represent the PR team...this is just from me.
