Hell I have cast spys and CBs on myself and given them to people.

Think it would be stupid for people to pay for them.

It is against the rules to post reports without the other persons permission in the forums.

It is not against the rules to promote what you have to sell, agreed selling information is a bit unethical, not against the rules though. :)
