You can have 500 players join.... But fact is how many will stay?

That is truly what matters. Not the mass of players, but how many stay.

One is directly related to the other with maybe a 5-10% retention rate.
Could be wrong here but been my observations. CJ would have real stats not that it matters.
Having a guild really helps the retention rate regardless of the skill lvl of the guild. Having good people to swap idea's with and learning the game is a big part of it all IMO.
