Alright you Landlubbers!! It is time for the 4th Fantasy Draft!! Your Captains will be (in draft order):

Here are the rules: These 5 fine sailors will each take turns picking an ACTIVE member of the game who they think is one of the best and/or who they think would help them in a guild/team like setting the most. Any ACTIVE member is fair game (Not ADMIN OR JESSICAA). Once that player has been selected they may not be drafted again by one of the other captains. The roster size this time around is 10. Once all 5 have picked their top 9 sailors, they will then select a Powder Monkey Rookie Player who has only been in Avonmora 6 months or less. Once teams are complete, I will start a new thread with FINALIZED TEAMS. Here all of AVONMORA will VOTE on who they think selected the best team. Each Captain will first write a BLURB as to why they assembled the team they did. I will let the voting occur over a 5 day period. The winner will be the one with the most votes. I will award that winner with $10,000,000 shiny gold coins from my own chest and distribute the other prizes as instructed.

Rookie Players can be selected from page 120 or less on the Just Joined Pages. No players older then #75134

This will be a SERPENTINE DRAFT. Meaning, 1 goes first through 5, but then 5 picks again and goes back to 1 then 1 picks again and goes back to 5. Savvy? (1,2,3,4,5,5,4,3,2,1,1,2,3,4,5,5,4,3,2,1...)

Its a real tough pick, was hoping Dez will make it easier for me.

Team PP's first pick will be PhoenixKnight

Negotiation is one of the most important skills in both peace and war time. Pks latest achievement, negotiating the peace between Vudu and Merc, have revealed that side of him to me (and made me pick him for player of the year). The fact that his superb negotiating skills comes along a well rounded game style, high moral character and huge assets led me to pick him when so many other options are still on the table.

Only needed a shortlist of 3 for this pick, I had no preference and the other two are gone so easy call.

My first pick is Sir Henry Morgan

My first pick goes to the sailor with the One Eye and Blonde Wig...

He has stolen more hearts with that wig then he has ships, which mind you is the second most in the game at 1,727.
He is 3rd on most ships list with 1,223... But if you have ever seen his Spy Report, you will know he is the biggest in the game.. Yes ladies, Size Matters.
He moves massive wealth daily, but if you look at his good eye wrong, you will lose your ships. There is none better in my mind.

After much deliberation in team PP we made a surprising choice. It is a big gamble, but we thought he can actually be a team player with the right leadership around and we hope that we already have some of that.
