The fix is now verified. Which means the fix is final and we do not expect it to happen again.

Valar has been affected most than anyone by this. For example, he was forced to run with a large hand while were checking for the issue. I personally find his request fair even now that the issue is resolved.

I know I am late to the party but this happened to me as well...

Fleets attacked were stuck in docking mode. I set a new destination of the port they were docking into and it broke the lock. However the journey took 8+ hours.
