i have spent absolutely no money on this game. at one point, i was in the top 10 most influential players. i have a huge store of gold. my hideout and research is coming along very nicely. I make an occasional appearance in Nelson's Post. I am on the council of egypt. I was a new player trainer for HELM, a longtime top guild, and now I have started a guild which currently has 26 members and is ranked 7th overall. I have done my fair share of plundering and trading, and I am sure most players in this game would know something I've done if you asked them. All the while, not a cent has been paid to this game, Maybe this makes me something "important", maybe not. who's to judge that? but what you sound like to me is someone who just doesn't try very hard at this game. Maybe you don't have the time in real life to take out to play a game. Maybe you have too much going on in real life. That's ok. but please, stop complaining and expecting the game to hand you stuff on a silver platter. we don't want to hear you whine about your failures because there are a great number of us that are successful in this game without paying.
