im about to post a different card but noticed this one... considering the new missions, this card maybe could come back in the reverse.

instead of agitate, how about Letter of Pardon.

Subtract 48 hostility from target nation...

i could really use a way to get hostility off of me besides getting punched by someone who happens to be from the country.

isnt like a letter or marke or something....no i think thats for privateers

it would be just a official pardon wouldnt it. I dont think they called them letters of pardons, just a royal pardon or an official pardon but you can look it up on wiki and prove me wrong

Perhaps this card can now return with the exception of adding danger to the player's current nation.

Roileon, the piracy card (I think this was the title) has been removed a long time ago. I remember we (PK) used it on some huge inactive Greece players (Anyone remembers Backstabb3r?) back when voodoo was implemented.

In the days of fighting sail, a Letter of Marque and Reprisal was a government license authorizing a person (known as a privateer) to attack and capture enemy vessels and bring them before admiralty courts for condemnation and sale.
