Don't think you read it halves and reduces. Nothing about it is free.

Target someone to hit their fame

Get to an undercover spot

Destroy your own fame

Have a lottery at gaining fame but chances are not really in favor

Get someone else to an undercover spot without exposing themselves like you can with pirate tales or PR (the card)

Like a politician speech, but you can target anyone, and no gold is gained, and really fame has only use for that and undercover, which this was designed kind of around. Other effects are to prevent exploit of the card

Increase target player's fame by 150,000

free instead of using current voodoo that does it

also a way to lower fame without using a ton of turns selling it as is currently available so you can utilize undercover voodoo

as i said a workaround for an easier way than current voodoo allows

so.... free

Cost: 3 turns

Chance to lose half your fame

Set chance to have fame knocked down to 200,000

No. Nothing is free about it. There is risk with the use of the card itself. Learn to read

There is even more free stuff given from politician speech. Gold is more useful than fame

Still see no reason to do this. Fame can be manipulated via other existing voodoo.
