I seem to recall various earlier suggestions with more or less similar effect.
For good or bad, such a card will be very effective when stealing ships.

-1 this game needs more ship based upgrades and not more voodoo. Or it needs rename to voodoo glory and ccg genre.

This one looked way to familar.
I find it funny that Grim has changed his mind from a "Legendary" card being to OP to suggesting this card as a RARE.
For sure needs to be Legendary.
