Requirement: Must have more than one governor's daughter/son with 100 affinity and they must all be walking on clouds. You must also be married.
For every governor's son/daughter with 100 affinity and who is walking on clouds you gain one extra present(voodoo card).

This can be easily achieved with Ruby Necklace and with minimal of 25 turns per relationship. Can also be easily maintained per 7 days and could build voodoo chest rapidly. -1 for being OP IMHO.
Good start to suggesting voodoo though. Keep it up and you will get better!

I like this idea, however I think it might need to be tweaked to limit it down otherwise it would be far too powerful.

Maybe if you have multiple relationships at 100% the chances of getting a rare card increase?
Cause I agree with Phantom that it's too cheap and easy to maintain and would be OP

I didn't think that both the 100% affinity and the "walking on the clouds" status would be maintained for seven days. I have noticed both the affinity rating and the "walking on clouds" moods dip and the dips seem to happen more recent than 7days.
If the card would be too powerful then I would not include any governor's son/daughter that you are already married to for the extra present.

It doesn't take much to keep your wife and other to be walking on clouds. Just take her on a walk once or twice.
You lose about 1-2% daily with each of your relationships, and because ruby necklace and ring restore 20% and 10% or the affinity, it would be at least 1 turn per relationship for affinity. plus, 6 turns for taking a walk. That changes rarely (not sure exactly on it, as my wife is still walking on clouds and it has been a good minute since I have had to bump it.) Ideally, you would be spending around 84 turns to maintain this per month if done correctly. That is very easy to maintain IMHO.

Yeah 1 turn per day per partner. And walking/talking happens maybe once a week

I'll have to do a personal experiment with that.
Could learn a thing or 2 about it.
Could easily make it 1 turn every 9 days per partner

If partner is walking on clouds, it decreases less than 1%. Give her/him a kiss will raise more than 1%.
Don't exactly know timeline on their happiness decrease, but yes just walking or talking should make them cloudy for a while again

Today I spent about six or seven turns per partner to make certain that the governor's daughters have 100 affinity and have the "walking on the clouds" mood.
