Officers are expensive, if you can lose all of them with one cast, that is op. Take BigTea for example, he is coming back, and he spend 500++$ real money on officers to lose it all? And 20 GC for each is, IS NOT THAT MUCH FOR OFFICERS THAT COST 2 BILLION.

well, thats a problem if the inactives are actives again, then it would be very unpleasant so,however since there is a 2 month gap, and that if anyone quits a game, and he wants to sell his officers, its a good voodoo, the fact is that if I make the gap to say 4 month, it wont do any good, as no one knows the actual date he will come, in order to cope with it ,I fixed it

Now: the amount of crew members the target player has, you will gain the amount of coins as mentioned above, however the crew will remain with him.

Officers should be hard to get. There are already suffice methods out there in acquiring them. Bribe and gold coin.

You can only use it once, and as I told, see above, you dont get officers, theres only a 50% chacne

50% means 1 out of 2. 100 out of 200; that's a lot. and why? you want them? bribe them away from that inactive, one at the time!

50% means 1 out of 2. 100 out of 200; that's a lot. and why? you want them? bribe them away from that inactive, one at the time!

The main reason was, that inactives had a lot of officers, and since they are of no use, thats why. AND BESIDES IT SAID ONCE USE, YOU CAN USE IT ONLY ONE TIME ON A CERTAIN INACTIVE.

-1. What if those inactives come back to see all their officers gone, because of a new voodoo like this? not to mention gaining officers should not be this bloody easy. And also it doesn't matter if you can only use it once on a certain inactive considering after that one use there would be NOTHING left to take. When a player goes inactive there is normally plenty of stuff to steal and take from them already, not much is safe if you disappear for a long time. You will most likely lose any gold not in a bank, your ships, your nation rank, It would be too cruel to make it to where they would lose their officers too.
