Frozen in time- legendary 'leave of absense' card

in old suggestions there is on and of the request to 'pause the game' for players who need a break. (holidays or other RL nuisances)
i like to propose a legendary card (frozen in time) that allows for 10 days absence under certain conditions.
the conditions: all ships are paused, no active voodoo on player or his assets, no voodoo cast on other players in the last 48 hours and the player has not bought or put up for sale any voodoo or ships in the last 72 hours.
on casting the following will happen to the target player.
all fleets are removed from plunder and gossip boards
fleets stop losing danger on the hour
no turns are gained every 10 minutes
any daily stipend is stopped
daily taxes etc are stopped
loan payments are NOT stopped
all voodoo cast on target is blocked
ALSO in the (to be automated) Herald will appear a notice that target player is frozen in time.
At the end of the 10-day period a similar notice will appear in the herald.
the target players fleets appear in the ports again with the same danger.
danger and turn loss/gain are restarted
etc.
the target player can cancel the Frozen time voodoo any time he wants.
this card can only be cast on a player once every three months.
when Frozen time is cast on another player, the target player can activate or reject this voodoo.

5 mindbars
50 timespirals
10 serenities
10 self sacrifices
10.000 vegetarian tuna sandwiches
