Name: Exploration of the Land!
Type: Uncommon
For: Treasure Hunting
Turn Cost: 8 Turns
Description: Your group works hard in mapping out the area, 10% is added to the total exploration of the area!
Explanation: This card, will add 10% of the total exploration to X area ( Where X area is 1 to 9 ' Whichever area you choose ).
I have made this for treasure hunting, as it seems there is no cards that support treasure hunting. Open to edits.

At present 8 turn minimal brings you %10 exploration:) so you may want to change the exploration rates a bit:) i like the idea. it will increase treasure hunting but not with current rate and costs:)

Doesn't seem like its a need, as you can already explore it normally unless, it increases the amount you get on the next time you found a treasure.
As it currently stands, -1.

Well, you can say the same thing about Ruby Ring. You can increase it naturally ( The mood the girl/boy is in ) or use cards. I would like having the option to either explore manually or cast cards - And see which one is cheaper.
Perhaps a 20% increase for 8 turns?
My original thought was 10% for 3 turns, but I do not know if that is too OP.

20% for 8 turns would be pretty good, since on average 5 turns can cover 5-10%, and 10 turns 10-20%, but once you have everything fully explored these cards will be useless except for gris gris or trading. I am rather neutral to it, since it will only save a few turns and I don't really do much hunting. granted I wouldn't mind some treasure hunting voodoo or techs to be added.

Perhaps make a 'reset' button on each port? Which resets your percentage.
Nah, how about we make it like the daughters if this card is implemented over time your 'explorers' may loose trace of certain areas, due to not being in that set area for a long time?
0.5% per day is lost in a random 'destination' of each port.

that could do more harm then good honestly. it would make it to where people wouldn't want to invest turns into exploring unless they were serious into hunting, which I do not think many are. I mainly do it when I have excess turns with nothing better to use them on. perhaps instead of a voodoo for treasure hunting it would be better to make techs for it.

I know you already suggested a tech for increasing gold gained when finding treasure, maybe incorporate this into it aswell.
I think 2 new techs for treasure hunting would be ideal. one for hunting for other treasures, the other for burying and protecting your treasure.
the former can make exploring cost less turns and increase gold found, etc. and the latter decrease costs to recover gold and make it easier to secure it.

Would it though?...
As, they would have to spend a mighty investment onto Treasure Hunting, and be able to profit from it. Whilst a card, is less expensive and can help make it somewhat cheaper..

Treasure hunting has really died off, NPC treasure depends on the amount of player treasure buried in a port, which most port have already been dug and most put money in bank now.
