(80 turns)
Target - Player

Target player has his personal bank (Bank in his own hideout) robbed.
Target bank loses 2% - (0.05% per target bank level) GC to the caster.
(I don't know what would be a good value to stop at. If you think it should be higher or lower, let me know.)

Cost
1 Conspiracy
20 Booty Master
2 Confuse
5 credit
500,000 GC
(I also don't know what would be a good cost.)

Craft Time
128 Hours

so if I created this I wouldn't need any ships to do the trade I could live out of this card and I would need to cast these things on SHM and CDV... because they both have 2B+ in their bank and with only 2B I am in positive of 40M...

I will have to say -1 to this one it is too OP even for legendary card

Concept is interesting

but I am with Wolfie. I just think is OP. Cost and everything look reasonable, but having at least 1 nearly completely safe place for coin is nice.

card cost around 20m. robbed money on level 15 and more bank levels if they have 1b or more gold in their banks its always profit. At present this card doesnt offer much strategy to use it. only craft and cast wait for other card be ready.

At least with booty master you need to guess who got more money at hand and if you would be able to take it.

im also giving -1 not because its too op or too weak it doesnt offer any strategic usage.

I agree concept is interessting but with these card you can live without any worry about most harming voodoos because you wouldn't need resources or ships.... we have around 21B held in banks out of those 21.1B (I think I forgot and I am lazy to go back check demographyc)most is held in SHM's bank now imagine 4 people using this card on SHM his bank ( I assume he has arond 4B there if not more but for the sake of argument we will use 4B) with each casting he would lose 80M 4*80=320M if my math isn't off he needs to replace those 320M because they are either for his or his customers stash not good for the game as it would drive away some players... especially those which just opened bank and put almost all their money in there and as malachi said it is nice to have fairly safe place for your gold coins ( I am not counting blacklist here because your money is still safe)

It was stated as a rule, when the Hide-out was developed, that no voodoo should ever be able to penetrate the Hide-out : if it could do so to attack a Bank, it would then be a short step to then demanding ways to attack ships in Marina's and harm other buildings there.

So, I rather think this one is a bit dead in the water.

Its 2% - (0.05% per target bank level)

Which means that, if bank at level 20 its only 1%, which at 2 bill, would be 20 mill, if my calculation is right.
