I don't think this card or one similar would be such a bad idea actually.

I would decrease the effect time frame, I do however like the chance at random duration though. Say random time between 12- 36 hours?

The cost would also need to go up I feel. Should be more like 3.5mill

I think time would need to be dropped significantly. I like Charles's suggestion of 12-36 hours
