(Legendary) Cult of Thieves

Name: Cult of Thieves
Rarity: Legendary
Type: Instant
Target: Player
Casting Turns: 15 + Extra Turns (Total of 35 Turns)


Witch Hut Recipe:
1 Duplicate
4 Thieving Magpie

Crafting Time: 24 Hrs
Crafting Cost: 1,500,000 gc

Effects:
Steals a select card from target player.
Each additional turn invested provides a 2% increase for each bonus chance.

Bonus Effect:
10% chance of stealing another card by choice of the same rarity
10% chance of duplicating the card

**Everything is negotiable**

Edit 1: Added Crafting Cost.
Edit 2A: Removed Undercover
Edit 2B: Updated Recipe from (2 Dup 1 Mag)
Edit 2C: Effect Updated to match new recipe
Edit 3A: Updated Crafting Time and Casting Turns
Edit 3B: Updated Effects
Edit 4: Crafting Cost & Recipe Updates

I excluded common due to costs. There is already a considerable amount of risk that a player could end up thieving an inexpensive card and duplicating it twice.

I like it for the most part, cost seem right on, only thing I am unsure of is the undercover part

a very poor value card : just save on the 500k making cost, sell the 2 duplicates, buy 5 magpies with the proceeds, still have change and use the same number of turns to end up with more cards...

Confused: if it is instant then it wouldn't be a stackable card anyways, it would have to be a cast limit

Sorry, that is correct instants wouldn't have a stackable option. I have a preset format for voodoo suggestions that I copied and paste and didn't remove the stackable part.

How about instead of random it was by choice but with a 50% failure rate?

Looking back at it I think the value is off.

Switch to

1 Duplicate
2 Thieving Magpie


50% to steal 4 uncommon 50% to steal 4 rare

keep gold and turns the same. Call it "Two Birds with One Stone"
