Ah, now I know what power I have in this game, I can make any future suggestion from people meaningless.

Chance of failure? Something like this can't have a 100% success rate.

You have a 100% chance that the next cast will have 50% piercing. That makes this card quite powerful. As the casting of the this card has no rate of failure.

Most add a limit tho.

So if this card has a 100% chance of 50% piercing.....Mindbar has a 75% chance of blocking voodoo
this means that it would make Mindbar useless. It would give you a 75% chance of getting pass the block...How would this work?
