What happened to LVL 8?
So if you as a player are at a LVL 6 sink chance, when you apply this card to a fleet, the fleet's chance of sinking/losing a level is reduced from 50% to 33%? Stacking decreases by an additional level.

I'm still on the fence with this with the amount of stacks, but I'll give it a +1.

by not a pirate
-1.. you have the ships, you run the danger up, you can't and shouldn't be able to hide behind voodoo due to fear of having to pay for a ship level up.

I be' here to make a statement, I not be' bitching about how unfair piracy be'.
But to those making new curses to avoid suggestions, let me just say something:
Pirates, or those who have few ships have to cast the Voodoo in order to light you up. Which is hard work, having to monitor if it is still up, constantly refreshing the page if ye' be up to no good with the FoJ's. Then there is the stress of loosing your fleet, if it gets too high and some Scally-wag comes after it in the night. They have to light someone up to earn a profit ( They are other activity's to make gold coins, but this is a statement. ) A pirate raids, on average every 3 days - A different target each time, so really lets say he has 10 different targets and cycles through them, you have 29 days of profit/ time to re-level those ships...
Merchants, the victims of these attacks have to reset a trade route every three days if that whilst watching there profit roll in from them sitting there. Easy profit, I admit once you get "leveled" by a pesky pirate it is annoying, and you can lose a great amount of gold coins and waste a hour just re-leveling the ships up, again. But compared to how much merchants like Wolfie, Ben Scarlett and others, it is not a lot. Party runs, you do not have to edit these, just log on every 3 days.
This is a interesting Voodoo Suggestion for both Pirates and Merchants... I do not know what to think of it, Black Sparrow says Newbs.

For many merchants, even stacked at 5 with 10 turns each, this still leaves a chance for ships to sink.
