I have made suggestions in the past for ways to kill crew, but Captain Jack said they will not implement any voodoo that kills crew.

I stopped suggesting crew killing voodoo after Captain Jack told me they wont implement it. I'm merely telling others who make the same suggestion not to bother, saves them from suggesting it again and saves Captain Jack from repeating himself.
