Voodoo upgrading

Now this will be a bit Controversial so i already know i can expect a -1 from Haron, Gulere, Astor, Bmw (Just kidding love you guys)

I had 2 rough ideas about Voodoo cards.

1. Have different tiers of voodoo cards.
All obtainable from Packs, presents. All tiers create a new card, So they can all be auctioned and sold
Example:
20% to obtain Broken : either 50% chance to fail usage or 50% effect
70% to obtain Normal: Regular as we have it now
9% to obtain Supreme: 2x the effect, reward or duration of the card
1% to obtain Mythic: 4x the effect, reward or duration of the card (60% failure getting rid of it maybe)

2nd Idea, In combination with idea 1
Being able to upgrade cards to higher qualities of the same card
Example:
2x broken Mindbar + turns+ gold, makes a Normal Mindbar (90% success, failure makes you loose one card and all turns+ gold used in upgrade)
4 Normal Mindbar + Turns + gold, makes Supreme Mindbar (80% success, failure makes you loose one card and all turns + gold used in upgrade)
3 Supreme Mindbar+ Turns + gold, makes Mythic Mindbar (70% success, failure makes you loose one card and all turns + gold used in upgrade)

Very interesting concept. Would this be it's own voodoo card that does upgrade between the tiers or like combining the same card to create the more potent version?

I'm thinking each tier is it's own voodoo card. So technically we would have 4 versions of the same curse. "Broken Mindbar" Each tier can be auctioned and sold.

if counter casting

would you only be able to counter with a matching level card or could you say use x number of normal cards to counter 1 supreme card?

How exactly do you have a mindbar with 4x the effect? 4x the duration making it 12 days? increase the rate 4x to make it block 98.5% of incoming curses?
What about party cards? do things all of a sudden sell for 80 gc per crate of goods?
How about blacklist? would a 4x multiplier make the max time 4 days or would you need only 1/4 of the turns necessary to make it the total 24 hours?

i think this is an interesting idea but there is a LOT to work out.

Yes it cannot be same for all voodoo. Party cards could be extra profits?
Mindbar would be duration probably or duration + better chance of block.
As you would need 12 normal mindbars to make a Mythic if combined. So it would have to be worth it.

It would change the voodoo game as we know it. So a lot of thought would have to be put in the effect of every card.

I guess it might boil down to a %. lower tier card would have reduced chance of working against a stronger tier card
