What determines a fleet's "power"? And why must you target only Spanish fleets? And why would this voodoo have to rely on the implementation of NPC Buccaneer Fleets? Why can't it be removed by clearing voodoo? Why does it take 5 serenity and 5 purify to do this? Why not Advanced Piracy or Coastal Piracy? -1

I have no idea why you asked your first question.
You cannot only target Spanish Fleets. Reread it.
Because it can? What?
No Legendary Voodoo can be removed by Clearing Voodoo
Because those are the needed voodoo
I have no idea why you asked your last question.

I'll need to ask same question what determines strenght of a fleet?
And I don't see any point in this it's too expensive to cast, too cheap to make for the ammount of power it gives, it would be nightmare for dev team to code this...

Why do you ask what determines the strength of a fleet? The Buccaneer Fleet jsut adds 5 more ships to your defense...

Too much code need for so little stuff.

First question is because you said it adds the strength of another fleet. I asked what "strength" is based on.
Your suggestion said you can use 3 fleets against Spanish fleets only, pretty unfair. Specific nations shouldn't separate people in voodoo: only the fact that you are a pirate with the black flag or anything with a country. You should suggest something that doesn't require another to be added... If it can't be cleared then why use the clears as ingredients? Kind of dumb. Make it a combination of the ones that weaken NPCs and increase your earnings...
Not very good answers to my questions... -1 like Wolfie said, too much in one card.

You can combine the power of 2 fleets to attack single fleets on the Plunder Page who DO NOT belong to your nation. You can use 2 fleets to attack one. Where do I mention strength.

Because to me this whole card has no sense, it's too powerfull card and part about spanish fleets has no sense if we go by history for the reason then neither you or I could use this card because both of us fly different flag from caribbien.
Strenght of a fleet determines luck if ships are similiar and not 2 class of difference between them.
You can't expect that for example 4 sloops of war lvl 10 can beat lvl 10 frigate neither you can expect same from frigates aggainst SotL. First points do make difference same as lvls. After that each attack is like rolling dices. I had expirienced that 1fleet win and lose aggainst same fleet in 2 attacks...

Okay, you never said strength but you did say power. Same thing when speaking of ships and their usefulness, mate. I think that having a powerful fleets with this backing up is completely too over-the-top.
You can use 2 fleets for any, but 3 for Spanish. Seems far to the Spanish, right? Hint: that's sarcastic.
