this incites a mutiny on target fleet.
if mutiny succesful caster recieves value of cargo.
fleet also loses 70-80% of its crew ie the mutineers.

There is already a voodoo sugesstion named this.

i havent seen it but if 2 peeps thought the same idea maybe one to introduce
