This card i hope would replace politician speech and if not become a new voodoo card.
Rare-

Duration- 6 hours.

8 turns

Undercover

Description- Every time target visits a port, target loses 10K gold and gold is sent to caster. Target must have 1 million gold coins.

This would be a perfect card to stack under a bunch of countercurses and mindbars and would be very effective on a player that has lots of ships.
This card will be in high demand and it will probably sell for 10 to 20 credits once the newness dies out making it a good rare card. Also since the target player can't lose all their gold coins it won't be very overpowered.

I guess you mean that "Every time a fleet of target player...etc etc", right?

You know that many many lowlife pirates with nothing to lose? Yeah, them. Anyway this voodoo can be good for a merchant as well?

Each time a fleet arrives in port, target player looses 10k.

If Juicy was to remove the 1 m+ mark, it would be handy.

As Pirates travel a lot , right?

The problem with removing the 1m mark is that the card becomes too powerful. For example, I have 40 trade fleets. If each of those lost 10k gc each port visit, that comes out to be 400k lost per hour. my gc on hand would be reduced to 0 in no time making it way too easy to plunder ships.

Remove the 1M mark, and it becomes WAY too powerful. WITH that mark, I see this card simply as a way to force a dilemma upon merchants: Should I have a lot of gold in my treasury, and risk losing most of it to "Sneaky Thief", or should I have little gold and risk losing my ships to multiple attacks? I think this card would make 1M become the "standard" gold in most merchants treasuries.

I see this card as being useful (as a "force in being", rather than actually being used), and not too overpowered. The question remains, though: Do we need more "ordinary" voodoo cards now, or should we focus on suggesting "Legendary" voodoo cards for use with the "Witch Hut"? I'm inclined to opt for the "Witch Hut".

Even with the 1M mark this card is OP simply because when you attack a merchant, the last 1M is the difficult part. Although he should not have any moving ships till then.

I assumed the card would work only ABOVE 1M, and stop draining gold when the target reached 1M. Thus, the last 1M will STILL be equally difficult, even with this card.

Right on. Card is still active even when gold is under a million but it doesn't work.
