Sea of Debris (Voodoo)

Name - Sea of Debris
Turns - 10
Rarity - Rare
Description - Target Player cannot move one random fleet for X hours. Where X is the amount of turns you invest. Maximum is 6 hours. Maximum it can be cast is 1/4 the amount of fleets the player has.

Ex: If a player has 100 fleets, only 25 can be taken down with this voodoo curse.

IF a player has LESS than 4 fleets, then this voodoo card can only make one fleet immobile, regardless if they have 2 or 3 fleets. (Though this game starts you off from the tutorial with 2 fleets automatically). The fleet page CANNOT be opened.

A random fleet makes it quite useless. If a merchant have 40 fleet? What happens?

Then one of them gets paused at random.

Thought that was obvious?

No I was saying as in "So, tell me what its so useful about?"

Well some people wouldn't understand sarcasm.

The goal is to trap down running players who keep moving their fleets at times of war. May just get lucky enough to lock them down.

well since another topic is discussing adding blockades as a feature, I think this card should either be renamed, or not made. but I do somewhat like the idea but considering how many fleets some players have it really isn't too useful. -1

Just less profit for them. Also, lock down war fleets. Encourages better game play with more fleets.

Agree, I want to see more usage for it before voting.

I see many players create very little fleets, and hide themselves. This game awards very small fleet owners. The card would make the higher count of fleets more useful, encouraging better gameplay. Too many cards punish large fleet owners, while this would punish small fleet owners. Locking down targets at times of war would be extremely useful.
