I just woke up, bubster.
+1 but I'll let people debate about the percent chance. This card would make people want to use Bronze Cannon more often and would open up a new world of "should I level round shot or bronze cannon up" and I like that

i think there needs to be a card then that has the opposite effect - decreasing miss rate.
until then: -1 for being unbalanced

i also think the % should be lowered

Fog of War should affect more than just accuracy. True FoW affects moral of the crew. I think that an overall reduction of both speed and accuracy each by 1/3rd is a significant hit that is not too over the top.

You know, other people can have this voodoo too. There is no need for a counter, because its not as dangerous as SoW.
The % is simple, simple voodoo is what makes it thought this days.

Not too sure on this one : the percentage loss is far too high : take a look at your guild battle reports and see the average range of accuracy % that exists : Its not that great unless the player has some skill in stacking attributes to improve accuracy % : Its not uncommon to see accuracy rates of less than 20% : so a 50% reduction makes the average fleet pretty toothless : I'd reckon something more like 10% would be more reasonable, providing some useful effect which can be exploited but not effectively disabling a fleet for just 5 turns.

This impractical and is another unnecessary voodoo card. My suggestions are way better. :o
