Since it has been a bit of a nausance that you can't send more than 500k at a time why not drop generosity and implament this idea.

The card make you send any amount.except less than 100k . It is similar to generosity but 1turn per 300k thats what make the card unique.

100k=1
250k=1
251k=1
300k=2
600k=3
7-900k=4,5,2
1mill+=7-20 turns

When Banks will come into play, we don't even need generosity much less this new one. -1

Yea, i would find this card useful, if i'm using it primarily for laundering gold from one account to another.. i say, try not to make it too obvious..
