Everything is the same, but change the card so it can be used in two manners. One you can boost the speed of every fleet you own like it is currently set up, or two make it so it can be fleet specific.

The only reason I suggest this is because at times you want to adjust some fleets speeds and not others and rather than tinkering with crew counts it could be easier to just speed one fleet up through this card.

I agree : it would be a most useful modification.

Fleet specific means it should be able to speed up only 1 fleet, so that it does not only have a lot of advantages. Otherwise I agree too.

I like the idea of this card, there are many times I would like to be able to adjust the sail time of a small group of fleets and this would work well by casting them separately on the fleets i wanted to speed up.

I agree:This card would be most useful to make a good profit with one fleet.... a good 250k a day from one fleet does not sound bad at all...
