use full for when you leave port and the ships you are hunting show up i port behind you

Its a good card but not too necessary, already there are lots of cards and the chance of getting a good card each day is very less. So why add another not so much necessary card and lower the chance to get a good card ? So my opinion on this card is -1.

I like the idea, I've often been frustrated having sent a fleet on its way, only to find I then need it elsewhere : but we have flying dutchman and/or instant travel to fix that and if its not worth using them the 'lost' target aint that important anyway. Warrior does make a good point, that having more cards reduces the odds of gaining other perhaps more generally useful ones in presents and such. I'm sure we have all sighed on receiving yet another ruby bloody ring from the wife.
